Exciting Opportunity: NHAI Recruitment 2025 for 60 Deputy Manager (Technical) Posts

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is accepting applications for 60 posts of  Deputy Manager (Technical) positions in Civil Engineering. 

These roles are offered at Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500) with Central Dearness Allowance (CDA). Recruitment will be based on GATE 2024 scores in Civil Engineering. 

This is a great chance for civil engineering graduates to join a reputed government organization. The application deadline is 24th February 2025, by 6:00 PM.

 

POST NAME – DEPUTY MANAGER (Technical)

Ø TOTAL VACANCY – 60 POSTS

(GEN -26, OBC- 13, SC -09, ST -04,EWS -08)

ü Out of total 60 posts, 06 posts are reserved for Persons with the following Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): -

ü (i) Deaf and Hard of Hearing -à03 posts

ü (ii) Locomotor disability [One arm(OA)/ one leg(OL)], leprosy cured, dwarfism, and acid attack victims -à03 posts

 

Ø EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute

 

Ø AGE LIMIT - Minimum age 18 years, Maximum age 30 years

  

Ø AGE RELAXATION – The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India Rules applicable for different categories

On completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency; or ii. on account of physical disability attributable to military service or on invalidment	5 years

Eligibility Criteria:

1.  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute by the application deadline.

2.  Requirements: Applicants must meet all specified qualifications and ensure their eligibility before applying.

3.  Age Limit: Up to 30 years as of the closing date, with age relaxation as per Government of India rules for eligible categories

 

Service Bond:

Selected candidates must sign a service bond of ₹5 lakhs at the time of joining, committing to work with NHAI for at least three years. If a candidate resigns or is terminated due to misconduct within this period, they must pay ₹5 lakhs to NHAI

2.  Steps to Apply:

o    Go to About Us → Recruitment → Vacancies → Current, then click on the Deputy Manager (Technical) advertisement.

o    Follow the instructions and complete the application form.

3.  Documents to Upload:

o    Photograph: Scanned passport-size photo (JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF, max 1 MB).

o    Signature: Scanned signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF, max 1 MB).

o    Class X Certificate: Indicating date of birth (PDF, max 2 MB).

o    Caste/Category Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen (PDF, max 2 MB).

o    Degree Certificate: Proof of Civil Engineering degree (PDF, max 2 MB).

o    GATE 2024 Scorecard: (PDF, max 2 MB).

4.  Final Steps:
